Dhaba Style Matar Paneer


Ingredients for Dhaba Style Matar Paneer

  • ·         Peas - 1 cup
  • ·         Cheese - 250 g
  • ·         Tomatoes - 250g                                                                                          
  • ·         Green chillies - 2                                                 
  • ·         Oil - 3-4 tbsp
  • ·         Cream - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • ·         Coriander - 3-4 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • ·         Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  •      Garlic Paste - t tsp
  • ·         Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • ·         Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • ·         Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • ·         Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • ·         Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • ·         Garam masala - 1/4 tsp 
  • ·         Salt - 1 tsp

How To Prepare Dhaba Style Matar Paneer



  • Heat  2 spoon oil in a pan.Cut the cheese into cubes then fry those cubes in pan  when it fries then pour it into a plate after that same thing do with matar also (fry it).  
  • Grind Tomato with green chilli
  • Pour out Asafoetida,Cumin Seeds,Ginger and Garlic Paste,Grind Tomato pureed,salt, Turmeric powder,Coriander Powder.All Roasted Slightly until the oil floats on top of spices began appearing.
  • Now Pour Out Cream in this Gravy and mix it well for 2-3 minutes  
  • Add some Water in this Gravyr 
  • When it boiled well then Pour Out Fried cheese Cubes along with Matar  
  • Cover and cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame. 
  • Now Dhaba Style Mater Paneer is ready to Serve,Put it into Bowl and Pour over the coriander garnish.
  • Serve it to Naan ,Chapati,Roti,Rice.
